Gains and Glory LLC

Effective November 6, 2026. This event form collects participant name, email, adult/minor status, guardian name when applicable, typed signature, waiver text, consent choices, and submission date to record participation and administer check-in. A mobile number is collected only when an adult opts into text marketing.

Adult contact details and their consent choices are also sent to Gains & Glory’s Shopify customer records when the connection is active. Waiver text and signatures are not sent to Shopify. Marketing is optional. Declining marketing does not affect event participation, raffle ticket eligibility, or access to the Taste Salud discount. Minors are not enrolled in marketing through this form.

Email and SMS choices are separate. Only opted-in adults may be added to the corresponding Gains & Glory marketing list. Check-in does not subscribe you to Taste Salud marketing.

Records are stored in a private event database accessible to the organizer and hosting providers that process them. Mobile opt-in information and consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing. We do not sell information submitted through this form.

For recurring promotional texts from Gains and Glory LLC: message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance when messaging is activated. Use the unsubscribe link in marketing emails to opt out of email.

To request access, correction, deletion where applicable, or help, contact the Gains & Glory organizer at event check-in or through @gainsandgloryfit on Instagram. Waiver records may need to be retained for event administration and legal obligations.
